I used to question my human experience and ask “Why me?” all the time!
“Why were my parents addicted to substances that would make them unavailable to me and cause me so much heartache?”
“Why did I have to experience these crazy, traumatic events all my life?”
“Why didn’t my life look like HERS or HERS?”
I was constantly comparing and questioning my worth and then, my teachers and guides showed up all in divine timing.
I had to experience all of the things I questioned. It was my experience that would give me perspective!
These experiences turned into compost fertilizer for my personal growth and healing.
My purpose was remembered!
My soul remembered!
Everything I’ve learned ( I studied A LOT and still do, I neard out on quantum physics and things like compost). All the tools I trained in for my own healing and growth
Would become the tools and experiences that would prepare me to be a guide on your path to soul remembering 💫💞
Yes, I’m trained in Life Coaching,Breathwork Facilitation, Folk Herbalism, Energy Healing, Yoga, Somatics etc., but really what matters is I’m a soul sister, a space holder, a wisdom keeper and one thing I know for sure is I’ve experienced everything I have to be here during this time to support YOU as you remember you and grow you.
I’m so glad you’re here. You are not doing this alone, we’re composting together, we are are creating your fertile soil and watering those new seeds of personal growth and healing together, it’s your sacred garden but I’m so excited to be here with you making sure you have an epic harvest!
